Job Summary:
崗位綜述:
This role is responsible for independently managing the end-to-end process of consumer promotion activities initiated by sales teams across national retail and fruit chain channels. The candidate is expected to have sufficient experience to handle complex workflows such as promotion planning, execution monitoring, budget control, ROI evaluation, and post-activity settlement. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills, solid financial awareness, and the ability to frequently travel to support execution at store level. The ideal candidate will also participate in broader tasks within the Sales Operation & Planning team during peak seasons.

崗位職責:
1. Consolidate and review consumer promotion plans submitted monthly by regional sales teams. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely application and reasonable, compliant budget allocation.
統(tǒng)籌各區(qū)域銷售每月提報的消費者促銷計劃,協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門確保申請及時、預算分配合理且符合公司規(guī)范。
2. Monitor the execution of approved promotions, manage schedule adjustments or cancellations, and ensure accurate communication and timely follow-up.
跟進促銷活動執(zhí)行進度,管理調(diào)期、取消等變更,并確保溝通及時、反饋清晰。
3. Conduct planned store visits across different cities to assess promotion execution quality, gather feedback from field teams, and summarize findings for improvement; willingness to travel frequently is required.
有計劃地走訪各城市活動門店,檢查執(zhí)行質(zhì)量,收集一線反饋并形成總結(jié)建議;需接受頻繁出差。
4. Track and manage the overall sales promotion budget (excluding promoters); provide monthly budget usage updates to regional sales managers and ensure financial accuracy.
跟蹤并管理整體銷售促銷預算(不含促銷員),按月向區(qū)域銷售經(jīng)理反饋費用使用情況,確保財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)準確性。
5. Evaluate the ROI of promotion activities regularly, consolidate and analyze regional data, and share insights with regional sales managers to help them adjust and optimize their spending strategies.
定期評估促銷活動的ROI,整合分析各區(qū)域數(shù)據(jù),并向區(qū)域銷售經(jīng)理反饋,以支持其優(yōu)化費用使用策略。
6. Review and validate promotional expenses to ensure they reflect actual execution and comply with internal policies and standards.
審核并確認促銷費用是否真實反映活動執(zhí)行情況,確保其符合公司內(nèi)部政策與規(guī)范。
7. Maintain close collaboration with Finance, Sales, the Promoter Team, and Marketing to ensure promotion consistency and avoid resource conflicts.
與財務(wù)、銷售、促銷員團隊及市場部保持密切溝通,確?;顒訄?zhí)行一致、資源投入不沖突。
8. Provide customized promotion advice based on retail channel characteristics (e.g., hypermarkets, fruit chains), and support sales teams with practical guidelines to optimize execution.
根據(jù)不同渠道特性(如商超、水果連鎖等)為銷售團隊提供定制化促銷建議,并輸出可執(zhí)行的落地指引。
9. 參與Operation & Planning團隊的相關(guān)任務(wù),包括旺季期間的重點支持工作及其他Operation & Planning相關(guān)工作安排。
Participate in tasks assigned by the Operation & Planning team, including key seasonal support and other related Operation & Planning responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
工作要求:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
本科及以上學歷;
Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales operations, trade marketing, or promotion execution.
至少3年銷售運營、通路行銷或促銷執(zhí)行相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
具備良好的人際溝通能力和跨部門協(xié)作意識;
Basic proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including use of common formulas and pivot tables.
具備一定的Excel和數(shù)據(jù)分析處理基礎(chǔ),能使用常見公式及數(shù)據(jù)透視表等功能;
Demonstrated experience managing complex processes or coordinating cross-regional promotions.
有管理復雜流程或統(tǒng)籌跨區(qū)域活動經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
Background in FMCG, fresh produce, or retail chain industry is preferred.
有快消品、生鮮或零售行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先;
