2.Supply Chain Operations: Lead material planning and production control activities, ensuring the execution of standard processes. Monitor the delivery quality for customers and suppliers, and handle delivery risks promptly. Manage inventory budgets, physical and information flows, and ensure the accuracy of system data.?
3.Optimization and Project Management: Implement the group's standard tools, drive digitalization and the roll - out of new systems. Formulate logistics productivity budgets and action plans. Plan supply chain resources and solutions for new projects, ensuring that projects comply with supply chain specifications.?
4.Budget and Reporting: Develop and manage the departmental budget. Regularly report key performance indicators of the supply chain and continuously optimize team configuration and operational efficiency.
Requirements：
1.Engineering degree, added by the CPIM from APICS certification.
2.Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3.Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
4.high adaptability to changes, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
