Main Responsibilities
1. Financial experience in international trade and proficiency in trade financing.
2. Financial strategy planning:
Develop financial management strategies for the company, assist management in decision-making analysis, and ensure long-term stable financial development of the company.
3. Budget management and execution:
Prepare annual budget plan, track and supervise budget execution, analyze and adjust differences between actual expenses and budget.
4. Fund management:
Responsible for the company's fundraising, scheduling, and utilization, ensuring the stability and efficient operation of the company's funding chain.
5. Financial statement preparation and analysis:
Organize the preparation of financial statements, analyze financial data, highlight differences, and provide decision support to the company's management.
6. Tax planning and declaration:
Responsible for company tax planning and tax compliance management; Reasonably avoid tax risks and be responsible for tax declaration work.
7. Cost control and risk management:
Monitor company costs, analyze cost structure, and find ways to reduce costs; Identify and evaluate potential financial risks, and develop risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and tax laws, cooperate with the Chief Financial Officer to continuously improve compliance frameworks and control infrastructure, develop and implement strong internal control measures to reduce financial risks and protect assets.
Identify key data for business and functions, understand the principles of financial risk management, including credit risk management; Having a deep understanding of local laws and policies, serving as an internal legal advisor to provide legal advice.
8. Internal Audit and Compliance:
Regularly conduct internal audits to ensure the compliance of the company's financial activities; Coordinate external audit work and provide compliance advice to the company.
9. Monitor monthly performance and control the planning and management of various company activities
10. Team management and training:
Cooperate with the Chief Financial Officer to manage the finance team, develop training plans, promote professional development plans and performance evaluations for finance team members, improve the overall quality and business level of the team, maximize their potential, and cultivate a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
