職位介紹/Position Summary:
The Continuous Improvement & Digitalization Specialist is responsible for leading and facilitating process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive a sustainable culture of excellence. This role combines hands-on Lean/CI leadership with the strategic implementation of digital systems to optimize end-to-end operations.

? Collaborates closely with IT, production, warehouse, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to ensure successful implementation of digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
主要職責/Primary Responsibilities:
1. Continuous Improvement
- Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change.
- Delivers practical, hands-on training to associates on Lean manufacturing and tools to eliminate waste in all administrative, manufacturing and support functions. Promotes a Continuous Learning environment through development and delivery
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design and create process documentation.
- Drive value stream mapping to define “As-Is Analysis” and the transition to Future State.
2. Digital Transformation & Project Management
- Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility.
- Works with management to establish the budgetary requirements of the site. Responsible for CIP making and implementation. Supports budgets, performs analysis, and recommends how to maximize return on investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and cost reductions.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for plant digital transformation aligned with business objectives and industry best practices, including MES (Manufacturing Execution System), SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), and/or other related systems, with SAP ERP.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Training in Lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen facilitation.
- Strong leadership skills, experience working in a unionized environment, ability to learn and apply new concepts and overcome obstacles with change.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and ERP applications.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, technology or science related areas required or equivalent years of experience.
- Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred with demonstrated project success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, with a focus on digital transformation and process improvement projects. Must have successfully led multiple Kaizen events within a manufacturing
environment. Good understanding of financial measurements and goals - Proven track record of implementing digital systems such as WMS, MES, or ERP integrations, preferably within the SAP ecosystem.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques to support process optimization and decision-making.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
