POSITION DETAILS
倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理員負(fù)責(zé)管理和維護(hù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的日常運(yùn)作，包括貨物的接收、存儲(chǔ)、出庫(kù)及庫(kù)存管理，確保倉(cāng)庫(kù)作業(yè)的高效性和準(zhǔn)確性。在立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理方面，需熟悉自動(dòng)化存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)和相關(guān)設(shè)備的操作與維護(hù)。The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the daily operations of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as inventory management to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. They should also be familiar with the operations and maintenance of automated storage systems in a high-rise warehouse environment.
主要職責(zé)Key Responsibilities:

  4. 管理立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的日常運(yùn)行，包括監(jiān)控自動(dòng)化存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的性能和維護(hù)設(shè)備。4. Manage the daily operations of the high-rise warehouse, including monitoring the performance of the automated storage system and maintaining equipment.
  5. 根據(jù)貨物特性合理安排存儲(chǔ)位置，優(yōu)化貨物的存取效率。5. Arrange storage locations based on the characteristics of the goods to optimize retrieval efficiency.
  6. 監(jiān)控進(jìn)出庫(kù)流程，確保作業(yè)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序（SOP）。6. Monitor the inbound and outbound processes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  7. 協(xié)助處理貨物的退換和問題解決。7. Assist in handling returns and resolving issues with goods.
  8. 與供應(yīng)鏈團(tuán)隊(duì)和其他部門協(xié)調(diào)，確保物料流動(dòng)順暢。8. Coordinate with supply chain teams and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.

任職資格Qualifications:
  1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先。Diploma or higher; degree in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
  2. 1年以上倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。Over 1 year of experience in warehouse management; experience in high-rise warehouse management is a plus.
  3. 熟悉倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)，尤其是SAP操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。Familiarity with warehouse management systems, especially SAP experience is preferred.
  4. 英文流利，具備良好的讀寫能力。Fluent in English with good reading and writing skills.
  5. 具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
  6. 能夠承受一定的工作壓力，有較強(qiáng)的解決問題能力。Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
  7. 具備基本的物理知識(shí)，了解貨物存儲(chǔ)與處理的安全規(guī)范。Basic knowledge of physical handling and safety regulations for storage and processing of goods.
  8. 熟悉自動(dòng)化設(shè)備和立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)。Knowledge of automated equipment and high-rise warehouse management.
