非訴訟涉外法律業(yè)務(wù)跨境合規(guī)法律服務(wù)
招聘崗位：律師助理（跨境合規(guī)業(yè)務(wù)方向）
工作地點(diǎn)：上海
匯報(bào)對(duì)象：合伙人
招聘要求： 1、畢業(yè)于國(guó)內(nèi)外知名法學(xué)院校，碩士及以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先；
2、已通過(guò)司法考試獲得職業(yè)資格證；
3、具有代理客戶(hù)處理海外事務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括跨境合規(guī)和相關(guān)訴訟，特別是在出口管制和制裁方面的有經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
4、英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)說(shuō)流利，可以作為工作語(yǔ)言；
5、具備良好的法律思維以及扎實(shí)的法律文書(shū)寫(xiě)作能力；注重工作質(zhì)量、注重團(tuán)隊(duì)合作；自驅(qū)力高、樂(lè)于接受挑戰(zhàn)與壓力。
6、薪資范圍：RMB 10k-20k/稅前/每月（五險(xiǎn)一金+帶薪假期）
