1. Responsible for Know-How/Professional skills training courses management/administration, e.g. training planning, training material.
2. Responsible for training program for Experts career path developing requirements, extend the LE/SE Training program and assessment for Engineering team.
3. Support the management and administration of engineering competence development, including training programs, technical documentation/report sharing, Lessons Learned,etc.
4. Manage the Engineering department's warehouse and laboratory, ensuring efficient operations and safety compliance.
5. Responsible for other tasks assigned by superiors (e.g.Team Assistant, etc).
