外貿(mào)銷售渠道銷售助理經(jīng)理專員代理商銷售貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口
崗位職責(zé):
1.持續(xù)改進(jìn)銷售操作流程,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求定義差距/依賴關(guān)系。
2.與相關(guān)部門合作,推動(dòng)系統(tǒng)按時(shí)發(fā)貨。
3.定期管理和跟蹤銷售預(yù)測、銷售數(shù)據(jù)庫。
4.DM流程管理和文件歸檔。
5.CRM系統(tǒng)管理,確保系統(tǒng)配置、CRD和其他所需信息得到更新,以滿足業(yè)務(wù)需求。
6.協(xié)調(diào)銷售運(yùn)營會(huì)議,如周一CBG周、LS周、季度CBG、年度CBG等,匯總各種報(bào)告,做好會(huì)議記錄。
7.支持CBG運(yùn)營的物料準(zhǔn)備:銷售、服務(wù)和GA相關(guān)。
8.及時(shí)有效地規(guī)劃和執(zhí)行市場營銷計(jì)劃,包括會(huì)議、研討會(huì)、展覽、貿(mào)易展和廣告等。
9.公司品牌推廣,開發(fā)/管理ENG和CN營銷材料的生產(chǎn),包括海報(bào)、傳單、電子通訊、微信、網(wǎng)站等。
10、監(jiān)理人安排的其他工作。
就職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,有8年以上半成品或IT相關(guān)行業(yè)銷售運(yùn)營支持相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. 扎實(shí)的辦公應(yīng)用和SAP、CRM、Excel、PPT、Power BI等方面的技能。
3. 與股東和外部有很強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)和溝通能力
4. 英語口語和書面流利

Responsibilities:
1. Continuously improve sales operation processes, define gaps/dependencies based on business requirements.
2. Work with related departments to drive system shipment on time delivery.
3. Manage and track sales forecast, sales database on a regular basis.
4. DM process management and document filing.
5. CRM system management to ensure system configuration, CRD and other required information being updated in order to fulfill business demand.
6. Coordinate sales operation meetings, like Monday CBG weekly, LS Weekly, Quarterly CBG, annual CBG etc, including but not limited consolidate all reports, work on meeting minutes.
7. Support material preparation for CBG operations: Sales, Service, and GA related.
8. Plan & execute marcom programs timely and effectively, including conferences, seminars, exhibitions, trade show and advertising etc.
9. Company branding, develop/ manage the production of marketing materials in both ENG and CN., including posters, flyers, e-newsletters, Wechat, website, etc.
10. Other works assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements/Expectation:
1. Bachelor or above, with >8 yrs sales operation support related experience in firms of Semi equipment or IT related industry is required
2. Solid skills on office applications and SAP, CRM, Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.
