崗位職責:
1. Design and implement scalable AI/ML and LLM-powered solution to improve customer experience and operational efficiency in regulated environment.

4. Collaborate with IT teams, business units and stakeholders in agile delivery model.
5. Ensure the solution developed is reliable, scalable and secure.
6.Ensure data quality, model governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Develop solution playbook and conduct training of the required development capabilities.

1. Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent.
2. Proven experience deploying AI/ML, NLP and LLM-powered solution in production.
3. Proficiency in development of RAG or agent-based systems based on Python, cloud-based or open-source AI development framework.
4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data and AI services.
5. Solid experience of data modelling and data integration techniques.
6. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is preferred.
