崗位職責(zé): 1. Mainly responsible for HSBC Australia's collection work, work schedules is covering AU time zones, including half year 7am-4pm (Oct-Mar), half year 8am-5pm (Apr- Sep) or 830-1730, depends on the role rotating. 2. Assist in managing the bank's internal credit risk and avoid financial losses. 3. Provide professional telephone services to understand the customer's basic financial situation. 4. Make corresponding financial analysis based on the information and background provided by the customer, and provide corresponding debt relief solutions.
任職要求: 1. Excellent customer service awareness and willingness to work in customer service. 2. Fluent in Cantonese, good negotiation skills and fluent in English communication, reading and writing. 3. Familiar with office software operation; good personal financial analysis skills. 4. Candidates with customer service or related work experience are preferred. 5. Ability to independently handle complex situations of customers with financial difficulties or vulnerable groups and provide sufficient analysis and solutions. 6. College English CET-6 or Professional English TEM-4 is preferred. 7. Bank credit approval or related collection work experience is preferred. 8. At least three years of customer service or related work experience is preferred. 9. Familiar with Excel and able to use it for data analysis is preferred.
