Responsibilities: 1.Collect and consolidate human resource needs and recruitment requirements from various business units, with a focus on talent acquisition and team expansion for translation and localization functions. 2.Actively engage in business meetings of partner departments, track team development trends, and formulate and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans. 3.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. 4.Regularly analyze recruitment metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of different channels, and proactively explore and optimize sourcing strategies.Support HR-related initiatives and perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Cross-Cultural Communication, or a related field. 2.Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and practical experience is preferred. 3.Near-native proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to seamlessly communicate in professional contexts such as business emails, meetings, and interviews. HSK Level 6 or above is preferred. 4.Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, a fast learner, self-motivated, and capable of collaborating effectively in multicultural settings. 5.Genuine interest in building a long-term career in human resources, coupled with a proactive and continuous learning mindset.
