Responsibilities
崗位職責(zé) :
· Coordinates the efficient deployment of new product releases, including but not limited to: sales enablement materials, messaging, website optimization, and responding to ad hoc product queries.
· 協(xié)調(diào)新產(chǎn)品發(fā)布的高效部署,工作內(nèi)容包括但不限于:制作銷(xiāo)售支持材料、制定宣傳策略、優(yōu)化網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容以及及時(shí)響應(yīng)臨時(shí)產(chǎn)品咨詢(xún)。
· Develops and/or contributes to the creation of content supporting various product lines and ensures the efficient production, localization and delivery of marketing materials
· 制定和/或協(xié)助制作各產(chǎn)品線的支持內(nèi)容,確保營(yíng)銷(xiāo)材料的高效生產(chǎn)、本地化與交付。
· Liaises with Product, Clients and Sales to identify product enhancement opportunities and assists Product with the prioritization of product backlog.
·與產(chǎn)品部門(mén)、客戶和銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)保持聯(lián)絡(luò),挖掘產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化機(jī)會(huì),并協(xié)助產(chǎn)品部門(mén)確定待辦事項(xiàng)優(yōu)先級(jí)。
· Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and monitors, tracks and understands the progression and relevance of product enhancements in the marketplace from sprint cycle to go-live date.
· 擔(dān)任領(lǐng)域?qū)<医巧?,監(jiān)控、追蹤并深入理解從沖刺周期到產(chǎn)品上線期間市場(chǎng)對(duì)功能升級(jí)的反饋及需求關(guān)聯(lián)性。
· Conducts market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify product gaps, potential new offerings, and methods to continuously improve product offerings.
·開(kāi)展市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、競(jìng)品分析與客戶互動(dòng),識(shí)別產(chǎn)品短板,探索潛在新品機(jī)會(huì),持續(xù)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品組合。
Requirements
任職要求:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or a related field is required. Experience working in a B2B organization is an asset.
·市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、新聞學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、公共關(guān)系或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)W士學(xué)位(或同等學(xué)歷),具有B2B機(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Journalism, Marketing or Communications is required.
·需要至少 4 年的產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、新聞、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)或傳播經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
· Advanced writing / editing skills is required.
·需具備高階文案撰寫(xiě)/編輯能力
· Bilingual English / Mandarin written communication skills are a strong asset.
·中英文雙語(yǔ)書(shū)面溝通能力為重要加分項(xiàng)。
· Working knowledge of current trends, practices and techniques in Product Marketing is required with working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
·需熟悉產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷(xiāo)領(lǐng)域最新趨勢(shì)、實(shí)踐方法及技術(shù)動(dòng)態(tài),并掌握軟件開(kāi)發(fā)生命周期(SDLC)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。
· Proficiency with SharePoint, CRM systems like Salesforce, and Desktop publishing software like Adobe Creative Suite is required.

· Advanced listening and verbal communication skills to understand stakeholder needs or problems and respond clearly and concisely.

· Advanced time management and ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously, attention to detail and organizational skills.
