崗位職責(zé):
(a) Involved in the implementation of sales plan to develop business opportunities in China; 實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售計(jì)劃,挖掘中國(guó)的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì);
(b) Establish and build strong business relationships with customers and potential customers; 和客戶保持良好關(guān)系并開(kāi)發(fā)潛在客戶;
(c) Co-ordinate and prepare RFI、 RFP and Contract as clients requested; 根據(jù)客戶要求,協(xié)調(diào)并完成問(wèn)卷、報(bào)價(jià)和合同;
(d) Prepare information as needed for customer and bidding defense meetings; 根據(jù)客戶和競(jìng)標(biāo)會(huì)議要求,準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)信息;
(e) Communicate proposals and contract to customers and negotiates with customers to achieve a successful resolution; 和客戶就報(bào)價(jià)、合同進(jìn)行協(xié)商,推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的成功簽署;
f) Be responsible to prepare, coordinate and participate exhibitions and internal 負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)備、組織協(xié)調(diào)、參加各類展會(huì)和內(nèi)部會(huì)議。
(g) Report to Business Development Director, finish all different work assigned by him/her. 向商務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)匯報(bào)工作,完成其交辦的各項(xiàng)工作。
要求:
(a) Academic / Major 學(xué)歷/專業(yè) - Bachelor of Medical/Pharmacology/Science/Life science/ Business/ related major 本科/醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、生命科學(xué)、商務(wù)等相關(guān)專業(yè)
(b) Professional Skills 專業(yè)技能要求 - Familiar with pharmaceutical product development process; 熟悉藥品研發(fā)流程; - Understanding of CFDA, ICH regulations. 理解CFDA、ICH法規(guī)。
(c) Working Experience 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求 - At least three-year working experience of sales, and one year in CRO or pharma industry. 有三年以上銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),一年CRO行業(yè)或醫(yī)藥行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
(d) Language ability 語(yǔ)言能力 - Proficiency in verbal/written communication in Chinese/English. 熟練應(yīng)用中英文。
(e)Computer Literacy 電腦相關(guān)知識(shí) - Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). 熟練應(yīng)用Microsoft Office。
(f)Others 其它 - Detail-oriented; 認(rèn)真仔細(xì); - Team Player; 良好的合作精神; - Good presentation and negotiation skills; 良好的溝通表達(dá)和談判技能; - Be able to perform multi-tasks simultaneously and catch deadlines. 能夠同時(shí)開(kāi)展多項(xiàng)任務(wù)并按時(shí)完成。
