Job Description The Senior Administrative Assistant will become a member of the HKBU Liaison Office, responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, organizing and coordinating campus activities, and participating in the production of multimedia content. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, proficiency in English as a working language, strong stress resistance, and a proactive attitude, with the capability to efficiently complete various tasks assigned by superiors. Job Responsibilities 1. Office Administration
  • Responsible for daily office tasks, including but not limited to managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and handling document management.
  • Take meeting minutes in both Chinese and English, and support meeting arrangements, venue preparation, and related administrative duties.
2. Campus Event Coordination
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate various campus activities, including but not limited to study tours, campus visits, orientation events, lectures, training, and cultural exchange programs.
  • In charge of various reception duties, demonstrating attentiveness, patience, and a high sense of responsibility to ensure effective communication with both internal and external partners.
3. Multimedia Content Creation and Promotion
  • Handle photography and videography for campus events and perform post-editing tasks as required.
  • Design posters, promotional materials, and other visual content using design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
Ensure the effective dissemination of multimedia content across promotional channels as needed for events. 4. Additional Tasks Assigned by Supervisors
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned and flexibly address work demands.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed promptly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
Job Requirements
  1. Full-time master's degree or higher; overseas study and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  2. Fluent in English (spoken and written) for workplace use.
  3. Compassionate, patient, outgoing, and passionate about student affairs with highly responsible attitude.
  4. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  5. Proficient in office software, highly innovative, and skilled in basic photography, photo editing, video editing, and design tools.
  6. Detail-oriented, able to work efficiently and independently under pressure.
