崗位工作職責Job Responsibilities Description：
1、作為部門安全第一責任人，落實HSE體系及?；啡鞒坦芾恚M織安全巡檢、隱患整改與應急演練，確保生產(chǎn)、環(huán)保全環(huán)節(jié)符合化工行業(yè)法規(guī)要求。
As the primary person responsible for safety in the department, implement the HSE system and full-process management of hazardous chemicals, organize safety inspections, hidden hazard rectification and emergency drills, to ensure all production and environmental protection links comply with chemical industry regulations.
2、搭建適配化工生產(chǎn)的部門架構，優(yōu)化崗位配置；編制、修訂工藝操作、設備安全等規(guī)章制度，推動宣貫執(zhí)行與動態(tài)優(yōu)化。
Establish a departmental structure suitable for chemical production, optimize position allocation; formulate and revise rules and regulations such as process operation procedures and equipment safety norms, and promote their promotion, implementation and dynamic optimization.
3、分解落實年度生產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略與目標，統(tǒng)籌原料銜接、生產(chǎn)排程、工藝調控，跟蹤目標達成，解決生產(chǎn)瓶頸，管控能耗與生產(chǎn)成本。
Decompose and implement annual production strategies and objectives, coordinate raw material supply coordination, production scheduling and process regulation, track the achievement of goals, resolve production bottlenecks, and effectively control energy consumption and production costs.
4、制定部門KPI體系并落地績效考核，聯(lián)動獎懲機制；搭建人才梯隊，開展各工種技能培訓，提升團隊專業(yè)能力與穩(wěn)定性。
Develop the departmental KPI system, implement performance appraisal, and link up with reward and punishment mechanisms; build a talent echelon, conduct skill training for various positions, and improve the professional capabilities and stability of the team.
5、對接研發(fā)、質量、采購等部門，保障跨部門工作順暢；配合HR完成生產(chǎn)崗位招聘、崗前培訓及員工管理，優(yōu)化人力機制。
Connect with R&D, Procurement & Logistics Department and other departments to ensure smooth cross-departmental work; cooperate with HR to complete recruitment, pre-job training and employee management for production positions, and optimize human resource management mechanisms.
6、統(tǒng)籌專用設備運維保養(yǎng)，定期提交生產(chǎn)、安全報告，完成上級交辦的其他工作。
Coordinate the operation and maintenance of special chemical equipment, regularly submit production and safety reports, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
招聘要求 Requirements
1、本科以上文化程度。
Bachelor degree or above.
2、專業(yè)背景：機械制造、電氣自動化、化工工程等相關專業(yè)。
Educational Background: Major in Mechanical Manufacturing, Electrical Automation, Chemical Engineering or other related fields.
3、工作經(jīng)驗: 8年或以上同行業(yè)相關崗位工作經(jīng)驗（含3年以上管理經(jīng)驗）。
Work Experience: At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the same industry (including no less than 3 years of management experience).
4、能力素養(yǎng): 具備較強的組織計劃、溝通協(xié)調、項目管理、風險管理、匯報執(zhí)行等管理能力，以及抗壓能力；良好的服務意識。
Competencies: Possess strong management capabilities including organizational planning, communication and coordination, project management, risk management, and reporting & execution, as well as pressure resistance; have a good service awareness.
5、技能要求: 精通精細化工生產(chǎn)技術；精通化工行業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)管理；具有豐富的現(xiàn)場管理經(jīng)驗；熟悉化工生產(chǎn)設備。
Skill Requirements: Profoundly master fine chemical production technology; be proficient in safety production management in the chemical industry; have rich on-site management experience; be familiar with chemical production equipment.
6、具有一定的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Good in English, in speaking, reading and writing.
