Quality inspection for inbound materials in WH.
Quality inspection for External repaired materials inbound inspection in Repair shop.
Quality inspection for Internal repaired components in Repair shop
Control plan preparation for Inbound materials.
Managing IMS internal and external audit for WH & RS.
Master data assignments in SAP-SRP Quality Module - Material master , Quality inspection plan creation/assignments
Quality inspection in SAP-SRP for WH - EWM QM module/ RS- SRP IM Module
NC management in SAP-SRP Module for supplier Inbound materials and customer delivery materials
Follow up action & closing actions with stakeholder realated to quality topic
Knownlege and experience in Wind turbine products, Spare parts.
Experience in inspection of Larger components - Geneartor, Blade, gearbox, main shafts, Transfomers,Elcetrical panels
Experience in inspection of Sensitive electrical and electronic components - Breakers, Encoders, IGBT, PLC,Driver cards,CCU,Roating joints, electrical motors.Etc.
Experience in IMS standards - ISO9001,ISO14001 & ISO 45001
Experience in inspection of Fasteners,Chemical materials,Cables,Fabrication materials, Mechanical components
EHS inspection for Warehouse and repair shop, Followup action for inspection findings closure.
Monthly/ Quarterly KPI preparation for Performance of Qulaity in WH & RS.
Inbound materials NCR 8D analysis. Corrective action implementations.
Supplier NC 8D reviews and monitoring corrective actions effectiveness.
Customer return material, Shelf life expired, Damaged materials inspection in Warehouse
Location : Tianjin,China
Travel required : From Nacelle plant to Warehouse or if seat in WH then travel may not be required.(WH will move to Nacelleplant sooner) This resource cannot be used for Aeolon plant blade inspections
Degree: Bachlore of Engineering Electrical preferred
Experience Required :10 -15 years
Language : English(mandatory ) & Chinese
Pay per month : 12000-16000 RMB per month
