崗位職責(zé): 1. 對接客戶計(jì)劃人員,處理客戶訂單,根據(jù)客戶需求安排發(fā)貨和輸入生產(chǎn)需求,跟蹤訂單交付績效,準(zhǔn)時和客戶完成賬目核對; Connecting with customers to dispose orders, plan dispatch and production requirement, track orders and deliveries,check deliveries with customers, on time and correctly check bookings with customers. 2. 負(fù)責(zé)編制發(fā)運(yùn)計(jì)劃和生產(chǎn)主計(jì)劃,協(xié)同各部門輸出精益的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,滿足客戶交付; Be responsible to draw up dispatch plan and production planning with coordination with all departments to output lean production plan to meet customer delivery. 3. 負(fù)責(zé)需求分析,達(dá)成合理的銷售運(yùn)行計(jì)劃; Be responsible to analysis demands and draw up monthly and weekly sales plan. 4. 和客戶妥善溝通,包括需求異常,訂單交付,系統(tǒng)問題,交付產(chǎn)能調(diào)查,體系狀態(tài)更新,產(chǎn)品信息等等; Properly communicate with customers, including demanding variance, order to delivery, system issues,capacity check, certification status update, products information, etc.. 5. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的交付異常及時處理和協(xié)調(diào),對準(zhǔn)時交付和客戶滿意度績效考核結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)并分析改善,及時處理客戶投訴和反饋,并組織分析和整改; Be responsible to cooperate with the department of production, planning, purchase import / export and safety for relevant issue resolving for finished goods, responsible for customer satisfaction and OTD performance. Check customer complaints and feedback on time to lead analysis and correction. 6. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶審核,優(yōu)化計(jì)劃物流管理體系; Be responsible for customer audit and improve planning and logistics system and certifications. 7. 支持新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段的交付計(jì)劃,負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)搭建并按時納入量產(chǎn)計(jì)劃及交付體系; Attend new program development phase deliveries, be responsible for planning structuring and bring it to the sop planning system on time. 8. 負(fù)責(zé)新合同的物流計(jì)劃評審和規(guī)劃,負(fù)責(zé)客戶物流協(xié)議的審核; Be responsible for contract review and logistics agreement review. 9. 負(fù)責(zé)控制成品庫存并達(dá)公司指標(biāo); Be responsible to monitor inventory and get the KPI target. 10. 上級安排的其他工作任務(wù); Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor. 崗位要求: 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,物流及管理專業(yè); Bachelor degree and above in logistics or management. 2. 5年以上計(jì)劃及訂單管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),汽車行業(yè)背景尤佳; At least 5 years experience in customer planning management, best in Auto. 3. 熟練運(yùn)用Excel、PPT等常用MS office軟件,熟練運(yùn)用SAP/MRP/ERP系統(tǒng); Good command of MS office,such as Excel\PPT. Good skills in SAP/MRP/ERP System. 4. 良好的溝通和談判技能; Good communication and negotiation skills. 5. 誠實(shí)守信,敬業(yè)專業(yè),高效執(zhí)行,結(jié)果導(dǎo)向; Be honest and trustworthy,hard work and professional, efficient execution, result oriented.
