職位描述

內(nèi)勤管理銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析
Accountabilities:
  1. Assist Regional Director for internal management and activities, collaborate and work together with other colleagues within the department and conduct administrative support.
  2. Coordination with France HQ, and keep smooth and good internal collaboration and communication.
  3. Collaborate with other department assistant for company activities, coordinate company activity arrangement.
  4. Support and organization department meetings and social activities.
  5. Conduct data analysis and document tracking, general data report on a regular basis. Support with translation and interpretation when necessary.
  6. Monitor Budget in a monthly basis, and provide up-to-date information when required.
  7. Schedule management arrangement and administrative support, including air ticket booking, hotel reservation, appointment arrangement, interview coordination, etc.
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
  1. University Degree (Bachelor and above) from recognized institution
Skills:
  1. Good listening, speaking, reading and written capability in English
  2. Good ability to operate computers
  3. Good with data analysis
Experience:
  1. 3-5 years experience in related area
Competency：
  1. Be capable of appointed work, good communication and cooperation ability.
  2. Detail oriented
