－ press devices application and calibration at GQ Press Quality department, tools operation and regulations is correct. GQ 沖壓質(zhì)量部門的儀器使用和校準，工具的正確使用和操作規(guī)范
－ The Press parts are inspected according to the Konzern standard, familiar with the standards and operations, correctly identified defects and output
inspection reports. 對沖壓件件零件按照康采恩標準執(zhí)行奧迪特檢查，熟悉標準和操作，正確地識別出缺陷并輸出檢查報告。
－ Inform relevant person when issue was detected. 在發(fā)現(xiàn)問題時告知相關(guān)人員。
－ Record result in system if needed. 需要時在系統(tǒng)中記錄檢查結(jié)果。
－ Recheck the optimized body or parts. 復(fù)檢改善后的零件狀態(tài)。
－ Track the defect part and coordinate with relevant person to prevent defects parts delivery to the downstream. 跟蹤缺陷零件，必要時配合相關(guān)人員防止缺陷零件流通到下游。
－ Equipment maintenance and calibration. 設(shè)備維護和校準。
