3.0Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
?Responsible for the structural design and verification of complete machines and component products, conducting simulation analyses in aspects such as mechanics, structure, vibration, fatigue, and temperature to ensure that product designs meet requirements, and optimizing structure and material selection;
對整機(jī)和零部件產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與驗(yàn)證,進(jìn)行機(jī)械、結(jié)構(gòu)、振動、疲勞、溫度等方面的仿真分析,確保產(chǎn)品設(shè)計符合要求,并優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)和材料選型;
?Use CAE simulation software to perform mechanical simulation and optimized design of products, including analyses of static strength, modality, fatigue life, and kinematics, provide suggestions for structural design improvement, optimize product structure based on simulation results, enhance performance, and ensure structural reliability;
使用CAE仿真軟件進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的力學(xué)仿真、優(yōu)化設(shè)計,包括靜強(qiáng)度、模態(tài)、疲勞壽命、運(yùn)動學(xué)等分析,提供結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計改進(jìn)建議,根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),提升性能,確保結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性;
?Compile simulation reports and technical documents, establish simulation databases and standardized processes to ensure the accuracy of technical documents, participate in technical pre-research, scheme formulation, and design verification, and support the solution of technical problems in the product design and production process;
撰寫仿真報告和技術(shù)文檔,建立仿真資料庫和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程,確保技術(shù)文件準(zhǔn)確,參與技術(shù)預(yù)研、方案制定及設(shè)計驗(yàn)證,支持產(chǎn)品設(shè)計與生產(chǎn)過程中的技術(shù)問題解決;
?Conduct comparative analysis between simulation results and actual test data, perform mechanical tests, material tests, vibration tests, etc., verify the accuracy of simulation models, and carry out optimization and correction according to test feedback to ensure that products meet design requirements;
對仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)際試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析,進(jìn)行力學(xué)測試、材料試驗(yàn)、振動測試等,驗(yàn)證仿真模型的準(zhǔn)確性,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)反饋進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和修正,確保產(chǎn)品滿足設(shè)計要求;
?Assist other engineering teams (such as product design and R&D teams) in product development, provide mechanical analysis and simulation support, communicate with customers or suppliers, coordinate technical issues, and provide necessary technical support;
協(xié)助其他工程團(tuán)隊(duì)(如產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì))進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品開發(fā),提供力學(xué)分析和仿真支持,與客戶或供應(yīng)商溝通,協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)問題,提供必要的技術(shù)支持;
?Collect the information of market, laws, regulations and competitive product.
收集市場、法律法規(guī)以及競品的信息
?Keep in touch with suppliers, research institutes, universities, participate in technical forums, investigate market competition technology and regulatory requirements, and prepare reports.
與供應(yīng)商、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、高校保持聯(lián)系,參加技術(shù)論壇,調(diào)研市場競爭技術(shù)和法規(guī)要求,并撰寫報告。
?Organize team to discuss technology trends, identify new product opportunities and exploring new applications of current product.
組織團(tuán)隊(duì)討論技術(shù)趨勢,識別新產(chǎn)品機(jī)會并探索現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的新應(yīng)用。
?Complete other tasks assigned by manager and supervisor of R&D department完成研發(fā)部門經(jīng)理和主管交辦的其他任務(wù)
?Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.

任職要求:
Required education, experience, knowledge and skills 需要的教育、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、知識及技能
?Education level: Bachelor degree or above
學(xué)歷水平:本科及以上學(xué)歷
?Professional Bachelor degree or above in in mechanical engineering, mechanics, vehicle engineering, materials, or related majors
專業(yè):機(jī)械工程、力學(xué)、車輛工程、材料等相關(guān)專業(yè)
?more than 5 years of relevant work experience
3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?Proficiency in using CAE simulation software, such as ANSYS, SolidWorks, etc.;
?熟練使用CAE仿真軟件,如ANSYS、SolidWorks等
?A good theoretical foundation in mechanics, familiarity with the principles and methods of mechanical simulation, and certain capabilities in simulation data analysis and problem-solving
良好的力學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ),熟悉力學(xué)仿真原理及方法,具備一定的仿真數(shù)據(jù)分析與解決問題的能力
?Strong team spirit and cross-departmental collaboration ability, able to withstand certain work pressure, good English reading ability, able to consult technical documents, and have strong communication skills.
有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和跨部門協(xié)作能力,能夠承受一定的工作壓力,良好的英語閱讀能力,能夠查閱技術(shù)文檔,具備較強(qiáng)的溝通能力。
