內(nèi)勤管理客戶支持銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析
崗位職責(zé):
?Assist sales and internal departments in completing preliminary sample development work;
協(xié)助銷售和內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門完成前期樣件開發(fā)工作；
?Track the production process of samples, arrange shipment, track logistics after shipment, and confirm final receipt;
跟蹤樣件生產(chǎn)進(jìn)程、安排發(fā)貨，發(fā)貨后跟蹤物流情況并確認(rèn)最終收貨；
?Prepare sales quotation work and prepare quotation approval documents; Cooperate with sales and leadership to confirm the final quotation;
準(zhǔn)備銷售報(bào)價(jià)工作，準(zhǔn)備報(bào)價(jià)審批資料；配合銷售和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)確認(rèn)最終報(bào)價(jià)；
?Create and organize customer related document materials, such as quotation contracts, business contracts, quality contracts, etc;
制作和整理客戶相關(guān)文件類資料，如報(bào)價(jià)合同，商務(wù)合同，質(zhì)量合同等；
?Complete regular invoicing, reconciliation, forecasting, cost analysis, purchase order release, and other tasks related to customer projects;
完成定期的開票、對(duì)賬、提供預(yù)測、成本分析、采購訂單釋放等與客戶項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的工作；
?Organize daily meetings, prepare reception work for customer visits, and collect information after customer visits are completed;
組織日常會(huì)議、準(zhǔn)備客戶來訪的接待工作和客戶訪問結(jié)束后的信息收集工作；
?Provide feedback on customer needs, complaints, suggestions, and other information to relevant internal departments;
反饋客戶的需求、抱怨、建議等信息給到內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門；
?Assist sales in completing the necessary documents for customer review and coordinate with relevant departments
協(xié)助銷售完成客戶審核所需要的文件及協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門
?Cooperate with sales to track customer payment status and feedback information;
配合銷售跟蹤客戶的付款情況和信息反饋情況；
?Sort out customer information, establish a comprehensive customer database, and regularly update it;
梳理客戶信息，建立全面的客戶數(shù)據(jù)庫資料，并定期更新；
?Cooperate with the company
s needs and undertake other tasks assigned by the company at any time;
配合公司需要，隨時(shí)承擔(dān)公司委派的其他任務(wù)；

任職要求:
?bachelor degree or above;
?本科學(xué)歷及以上；
?Related sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
有相關(guān)銷售方面，汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
?Has good teamwork and communication skills; Having good English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing reaching CET-4 or above).
?具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力和溝通能力; 具有良好的英文能力（聽、說、讀、寫達(dá)到四級(jí)以上）。
?Proficient in using office software such as PPT, EXCEL, SAP, Kingdee, etc;
熟練運(yùn)用PPT、EXCEL、SAP、金蝶等相關(guān)辦公軟件；
