崗位職責(zé):
Design and develop connecting pipelines for high pressure hydraulic application. Based on product requirements and technical specifications, design the structure and layout of pipelines composed of hoses, steel pipes, and flange joints, and complete the corresponding strength, fluid - flow, and fatigue analyses.
設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)高壓液壓連接管路。依據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求和技術(shù)規(guī)格,設(shè)計(jì)由膠管、鋼管和法蘭接頭等組成的管路結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與方案布局, 完成技術(shù)TR,產(chǎn)品BOM。能夠通過(guò)仿真完成相應(yīng)的強(qiáng)度、流體流動(dòng)和疲勞分析。
Responsible for benchmark analysis of high pressure hydraulic application and components, design guidelines, DV/PV compilation, lessons learned, DFMEA and other databases establishment and maintenance updates.
負(fù)責(zé)高壓液壓連接管路及零部件標(biāo)桿分析,設(shè)計(jì)指南,DV/PV編制,經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),DFMEA等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立和維護(hù)更新。
Assist component supply chain extension and OTS recognition.
負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助相關(guān)零部件供應(yīng)鏈拓展及OTS認(rèn)可。
Assist in resolving process issues that arise during the production process, assist the sales team in providing customer technical support, analyze on-site application problems, and propose improvement solutions
協(xié)助解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的工藝問(wèn)題,協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)提供客戶技術(shù)支持,分析現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用問(wèn)題并提出改進(jìn)方案。
Guide and train the team. Provide technical guidance to the R&D team, help team members improve their technical capabilities, and transfer relevant knowledge and experience in the field of connecting pipeline design and development.

任職要求:
Education: A bachelor
s degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related fields.
教育背景:機(jī)械工程、汽車工程或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域本科及以上學(xué)歷。
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the design and development of automotive pipeline systems, with more than 3 years of experience in leading the development of active suspension - related components. Experience in developing connecting pipelines for automotive chassis systems is preferred.
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):至少3 年汽車管路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中3年以上膠管相關(guān)零部件開(kāi)發(fā)。有汽車底盤系統(tǒng)連接管路開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Knowledge: familiar with suspension system principles, pipeline design knowledge, material science, and relevant national and international standards. Familiar with knowledge of finite element analysis software (such as ANSYS) and fluid - flow simulation software (such as FLUENT).
知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備:熟悉懸架系統(tǒng)原理、管路設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)、材料科學(xué)以及相關(guān)國(guó)家和國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。熟悉有限元分析軟件(如 ANSYS)和流體流動(dòng)仿真軟件(如 FLUENT)。
Skills: Strong technical innovation ability, excellent problem - solving ability, and good communication and coordination skills. Be able to work independently and lead a team to complete complex projects.
