6.Organize or coordinate with other functional departments to deal with problems

7.Improve production efficiency and optimize production line balance
提高生產(chǎn)效率，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)線平衡。
8.Analysis of production KPI data
生產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵績效指標（KPI）數(shù)據(jù)的分析。
9.Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualification
任職資格
1、Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Industrial Engineering，Management Science;
本科及以上學歷，工業(yè)工程/管理科學專業(yè)；
2、Possess good learning ability, communication skills, logical thinking ability, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
具備良好的學習能力、溝通能力、邏輯思維能力，以及強烈的責任心和團隊協(xié)作精神；
3、Proficient in using office software, passed CET - 4, and have good oral English skills;
熟練應(yīng)用office辦公軟件，通過CET - 4，有良好英語口語能力；
4、Prior internship experience in a similar position is preferred;
