工作職責:
? Enter insurance data in internal systems and MS Excel/Access.
? Conduct email triage and dispatch outbound emails for policy-related documentation.
? Prepare a variety of operational reports.
? Ensure timely and consistent adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned processes.
? Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
? 負責把保險數(shù)據(jù)錄入到相關(guān)系統(tǒng)
? 負責分發(fā)客戶的電子郵件以及通過郵件對外發(fā)送保單文件
? 獨立完成各類日常的業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)報表
? 確保所負責的流程能夠達到相應的SLA(服務水平協(xié)議)
? 高效執(zhí)行主管交辦的其他工作事項
崗位要求:
? Candidate with a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of working experience is preferred.
? Proficient in core MS Office applications (eg.Word and Excel).
? Strong written and reading proficiency in English.
? Good command of Cantonese is preferable.
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.
? Prior experience working in multinational enterprises or insurance companies or data processing center is a plus.
? 本科學歷以及有1年以上的工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
? 熟練使用Microsoft Office辦公軟件(尤其精通Excel和Word)
? 具備良好的英語讀寫能力,能獨立處理英文業(yè)務資料
