工作職責(zé) 1、POS/Marcom Inventory and Production Management and Updates (including POSM and marcom item designing) 2、POS/Marcom inventory updating in Partner Portal and MyHimel 3、Marcom expense reimbursements management with China OA team & Finance 4、Working and liaising with local and international suppliers to manage production of marketing tools & requirements across the countries in scope for SEA, EMEA & Greater India. 5、Managing the purchasing / procurement with central agencies in China and across other regions. 6、Working closely with the central offer managers to gather, collect and prepare data & content for marketing collaterals. 7、Support offer managers with marcom asset production. 8、Support sales and local BD teams with asset requirements. 9、Support localization of central Marcom assets as needed with OMs and local sales teams. 10、Gather and plan all marcom requests that need to be centralized and managed from China. 11、Provide required support for Global Marketing projects. 12、Create and manage processes & workflows for all central marketing activities. Optimize turnaround time. 任職資格 1、3+ years’ experience in MarCom roles 2、Majored in Marketing, business planning preferred 3、Good at different MarCom related tools for images and videos like PS, CAD, etc.; Good at PPT 4、Fluent English, both in writing and speaking 5、Good Communication Skills
