崗位職責(zé)Job Responsibility：
1、跟蹤堆焊輥及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品表面處理工藝&材料的開(kāi)發(fā)，提高產(chǎn)品的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及附加值。
Monitor advancements in cladding rolls and surface engineering technologies to boost product competitiveness and value.
2、關(guān)注客戶痛點(diǎn)及市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，跟進(jìn)市場(chǎng)新材料、新技術(shù)發(fā)展，推進(jìn)針對(duì)性的改善項(xiàng)目，定期更新?tīng)顟B(tài)形成書(shū)面報(bào)告。
Focus on customer pain points and market trends, track new materials and technologies, drive targeted improvements, and deliver regular written reports.
3、協(xié)同總部及本地公司，對(duì)接高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、生態(tài)鏈合作伙伴以及集團(tuán)其他業(yè)務(wù)單元推進(jìn)新技術(shù)研發(fā)。
Collaborate across HQ, local teams, and external partners to drive new technology development."
4、支持項(xiàng)目及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，協(xié)同總部、生產(chǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)部門(mén)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析、改進(jìn)措施制定、跟蹤。
Support project and site teams in quality analysis and improvement, collaborating with HQ, production, and design teams.
5、配合采購(gòu)部門(mén)，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略需求供應(yīng)商。
Work with procurement to build strategic supplier partnerships based on product needs.
6、支持生產(chǎn)部門(mén)，跟蹤材料及工藝應(yīng)用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化及改善并形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)記錄、發(fā)布。
Support production in standardizing and improving material/process use, with documented standards released.
任職要求 Job Requirement：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，金屬材料，焊接相關(guān)專業(yè)
A bachelor’s degree or higher in metallic materials or a welding-related field is required.
2、表面處理技術(shù)（堆焊，熱噴涂等）經(jīng)驗(yàn)5年以上，具備焊接理論知識(shí)，熟悉焊絲&焊劑及粉末等不同焊材及其焊接工藝的特點(diǎn)。對(duì)市場(chǎng)上相關(guān)技術(shù)的發(fā)展水平有一定了解。
5+ years in surface engineering (e.g., weld overlay, thermal spraying). Strong welding theory background. Proficient in welding wires, fluxes, powders, and associated processes. Knowledgeable about market trends in related technologies.
3、了解連鑄、長(zhǎng)材&板帶軋線生產(chǎn)線的運(yùn)行原理及各部分的基本功能和特點(diǎn)
Possesses a solid understanding of the operating principles of continuous casting and both long product and flat rolling mills, along with the fundamental functions and characteristics of key equipment components.
4、具備數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，能夠根據(jù)產(chǎn)品及工藝具體情況進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)的處理分析，支持產(chǎn)品的改進(jìn)。
Skilled in data analysis and experimental design tailored to product and process needs, driving data-backed product improvements.
5、具有一定的協(xié)調(diào)和項(xiàng)目管理能力，能夠推進(jìn)研發(fā)測(cè)試項(xiàng)目在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的落實(shí)和實(shí)施
Capable of coordinating and managing projects, with proven ability to drive R&D test implementations in production and on-site environments.
6、具有較好的英語(yǔ)水平，具備口語(yǔ)及書(shū)面交流匯報(bào)能力
Fluent in English, with proven ability to communicate effectively in meetings and emails.
7、熟練使用office辦公軟件，能夠熟練閱讀機(jī)械工程圖紙
Skilled in Office software and proficient in reading mechanical drawings.
