Technical Requirements 1,本科及以上學(xué)歷;焊接、機械、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè); Bachelor's degree or above;Major in welding, mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields; 2, 3年以上機器人焊接相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗; Minimum 3 years of experience in robotic welding. 3,熟悉機器人焊接系統(tǒng)(新松和川崎),能處理機器人與變位機的信號交互及常見故障;具備多品牌(如ABB、FANUC)機器人經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; Familiar with robotic welding systems (Siasun and Kawasaki), able to handle signal interaction and common faults between robots and positioners; experience with multiple robot brands (such as ABB and FANUC) is preferred. 4,熟悉機器人焊接工藝,掌握熔焊調(diào)試技巧,能獨立解決氣保焊焊接過程中的焊接問題; Familiar with robotic welding processes, mastering fusion welding debugging techniques, and able to independently solve welding problems in the gas shielded welding process; 5,掌握常用三維CAD軟件的基本操作,熟悉Delfoi 離線編程軟件; Master the basic operations of commonly used 3D CAD software and be familiar with Delfoi offline programming software; 6,具備快速學(xué)習(xí)新技術(shù)的能力,能適應(yīng)挑戰(zhàn)性工作環(huán)境。 Possesses the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapts to challenging work environments.
