Job Description
Responsibilities
? Conduct on-site installation of complexed equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure working order accurately
? Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance visits
? Provide fixing and repair support for customers and other field service personnel
? Develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel
? Complete and submit field service reports
? Provide training for users on system maintenance Feedback to product quality teams
? Provide appropriate input in writing updating and correcting various Thermo Fisher microscope system documentation
? Have mentorship for various reports including identifying and isolating problems with system
? Act as a subject guide and resource for training
Position Requirements
? Typically, a university degree is required and an advanced degree is preferred, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.
? Typically requires ＞1 year hands on technical experience installing, fixing, repairing and calibrating complexed analysis tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB or similar systems.
? Excellent interpersonal communication skill
? Prove ability to fix complexed systems and subsystems down to component level
? Able to read and interpret schematics
? Familiar with UHV phenomenon and technology
? Experience famous service organizations within a medium to large scale company, providing support to equipment customers is preferred
? Superior influencing and leadership skills is preferred
