Main Duties & Responsibilities Recruitment Function: Communicate with line managers to define and update recruiting requirements for frontline employees and other office positions. Work closely with recruitment agencies to arrange interviews and identify shortlisted potential candidates. Provide strong support for new project launches, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of qualified candidates. Research and develop new recruiting channels. Maintain and strengthen relationships with line managers to ensure employment needs are addressed in a timely manner. Prepare management reports and maintain all recruiting data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information. Continuously improve hiring quality and meet resource requirements through creative and cost-effective methods. Prepare relevant documents and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth employee onboarding and offboarding process. Training Function: Be responsible for training needs analysis, course development and design, delivery, evaluation, and tracking. Implement pre-training programs as scheduled to maximize the transfer of learning from the classroom to the workplace. Facilitate or organize relevant internal training sessions. Determine the appropriate instructional delivery methods for course content (e.g., classroom, e-learning, self-study, on-the-job training). Organize and support client second-party audits and facilitate annual social responsibility audits (e.g., EcoVadis, Sedex, TFS). Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 1 year of working experience in an HR-related function. Good computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as business negotiation abilities. Excellent coordination, communication skills, and a teamwork spirit. Outstanding logical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Good command of both Chinese and English.
