工作職責(zé)
該職位負(fù)責(zé)管理和采購服裝面輔料,面輔料樣品的開發(fā),詢價(jià)、價(jià)格談判等等,在確保質(zhì)量的前提下保證價(jià)格具有競爭力,并確保大貨質(zhì)量符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、準(zhǔn)時(shí)出貨。
?作為上海辦事處的成本核算和采購工作的主要責(zé)任人員,全面參與面輔料的采購工作。
針,梭織類產(chǎn)品,比如:牛仔布、滌棉斜紋工裝面料、燈芯絨等等比較厚重的梭織面料以及輕薄型面料。
針織類產(chǎn)品比如:羅馬布,色織提花面料、CVC絨布,搖粒絨等各類絨布,滌氨直貢呢, 天鵝絨等等面料。
?價(jià)格談判,能獨(dú)立核算面輔料的成本,以便在和供應(yīng)商的價(jià)格談判中能根據(jù)客人要求談到最有競爭力的價(jià)格。
?有豐富的東南亞成衣生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),無論成衣大貨在中國,緬甸,老撾還是柬埔寨生產(chǎn),都能嫻熟核算綿服的成本至最有競爭力的程度。
?具備深厚的針織和梭織面料專業(yè)知識。
?根據(jù)季度性打樣開發(fā)計(jì)劃尋找合適的面料品質(zhì)并將價(jià)格談到最具競爭力。
?加強(qiáng)和維護(hù)與工廠,供應(yīng)商以及與德國總部設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)和采購團(tuán)隊(duì)的良好關(guān)系,以增進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。
?領(lǐng)導(dǎo)好內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì),以確保所有的開發(fā)、報(bào)價(jià)等工作任務(wù)能及時(shí)且高效完成。
?創(chuàng)建并維護(hù)所有打樣、報(bào)價(jià)的產(chǎn)品有準(zhǔn)確、完整的記錄和完善的供應(yīng)商信息等等。
?與內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)一起努力工作,根據(jù)任務(wù)的優(yōu)先級處理各項(xiàng)任務(wù),確保團(tuán)隊(duì)按時(shí)按質(zhì)完成任務(wù),合理分配各團(tuán)隊(duì)人員的工作量。
?與其他跨國兄弟姐妹公司(德國,孟加拉國,巴基斯坦,上海,香港)的各團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,以確保采購、品質(zhì)控制、大貨貨期、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)等工作順利完成。
?監(jiān)督管理上海辦公室內(nèi)各團(tuán)隊(duì)的運(yùn)作,確保開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì),大貨運(yùn)作團(tuán)隊(duì),質(zhì)量控制、社會(huì)責(zé)任審核等團(tuán)隊(duì)工作及時(shí)有序進(jìn)展。
?監(jiān)管上海辦公室的會(huì)計(jì),人力資源和行政工作等等。
要求:
?服裝工程、紡織工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)。
?至少10年服裝行業(yè)相關(guān)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少5年在歐洲客戶采購辦事處從事采購或者負(fù)責(zé)采購工作。
?流利的英語聽、說、寫能力。
?自覺、主動(dòng),有決斷力和獨(dú)立處理問題的能力。
?有歐洲連鎖折扣超市工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,如Aldi
/ Lidl / Rewe / Penny訂單。
?出色的解決問題能力,具備良好的與客戶、工廠和公司內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)順暢溝通和人際交往的能力。

Position: Country Manager in Apparel / Textile / Garment
Job location: Shanghai
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
The position is responsible for managing and sourcing of all garment
materials, sampling and sharp pricing to provide competitive price with quality
products.

Serve as a costing and buying
specialist for our Shanghai office, managing comprehensive sourcing
initiatives for woven & knitted fabrics and materials, rich experience in
denim, corduroy, twill woven fabrics.
- Lead price
negotiations with
ability to conduct price checks to secure and verify competitive
pricing aligned with design and technical specifications.

Strong proficiency in woven fabrics (primary
focus), along with strong knowledge of knit categories.

Strong problem-solving skills to
overcome sourcing or production challenges, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standard.
·
Provide hands-on leadership to mentor
teams to improve efficiency in sourcing and merchandising operations.
·
Strengthen and maintain effective
relationships with factories, suppliers, and the head office buying department
to drive business growth.
·
Plan and coordinate seasonal sampling through
strategic material sourcing and cost evaluation.
·
Maintain accurate records on sourcing
activities, supplier details, pricing, and product developments
- Technical expertise in quilted jackets
with productions in China, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia (considered a key
asset). - Work diligently with the internal
teams to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage workload
efficiently.

Work closely with cross-function teams across global offices
(Germany, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Shanghai, Hong Kong) including Merchandising,
Quality Management and Research & Development

Oversee the operations of related departments
including sourcing, merchandising, quality control, accounting, HR, and
administration to ensure smooth functioning.
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate in clothing,
textile, or related disciplines - At least 10 years’
relevant working experience in the apparel industry with minimum 5-years
at Buying and Sourcing position in Buying Office for European customers. - Fluent in English-speaking and
English-listening, self-motivated,
proactive and solutions-driven. - Experience
working with European supermarket chains, i.e. Aldi
/ Lidl / Rewe / Penny, would be an asset. - Excellent problem solving and
communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers, factories
and internal teams. - Management skills, and
organizational skills
