Job Description:
1. Should work on the tasks and goals defined by Key Accounts-G&L,
where a candidate will be assigned to target “l(fā)icense out G&L
existing and new product portfolio” as well as carry out assigned tasks
by Director/Manager of the Key accounts to accomplish the assigned
target plans.
2. Doing business Development activities on above objective by focusing
on the Strategic planning, early market penetration plans, micro level
market analysis, new opportunity identification, Partners
Identification, Contract /Partnership Negotiations and Business terms
finalization.
3. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
for Key accounts.
4. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
5. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
6. Co-ordination with Internal and External Stake holders to streamline
the Business flow.
7. Co-ordination with the client/customer/Business partner and
management for a long term business co-operation for entering excelling
defined new and existing market segments.
8. Transparent technical and business co-ordination internally and with
the partners for all kinds of aspects of the projects/products to
streamline the flow of the co-operation to register, launch and market
the products in the operating geographic business areas .
9. Co-ordinate among all the departments linked for successful and
progressive business co-operation with alliances.
The candidate should have following skills:
1. Communication skills: Well-developed written and verbal communication
skills. Well versed with English Language.
2. Organizational skills: should be well organized to manage many parts
of the job and keep client proposals and other internal tasks on track
with Time Management skills.
3. Time-management skills: Individuals who will work in this field must
be comfortable managing a calendar and adjusting their schedule as
needed. Defining timeline to each task and project and do the best to
fulfil those deadlines.
4. Drive and self-motivation: Should be goal-oriented and well-motivated
to achieve the goal of G&L.
