Main job duties:
? Consolidate HK and PRC financial statements, forecast and analysis for listed company;
? Ensure effective coordination with subsidiary companies on the financial reporting in PRC;
? Ensure the compliance with appropriate accounting standards and listing rules of the Group both in Hong Kong and PRC;
? Attend external audit, tax and company secretarial matters in HK;
? Contribute to the operational control framework, including implementation of relevant control policies and procedures;
Qualification required:
? Diploma / university degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with minimum 2 years audit and/or accounting experience,
? Candidate with more experience will consider as Group Accountant;
? Experience in drafting interim and annual financial reports for listed company is preferred;
? Good command of Putonghua and English;
? Self-motivated and a good team player.
