YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
? Support the team both planning/leading and perform task for major areas of responsibility, picking, packing, unloading, loading, replenishment of goods/orders and yard operations, within the agreed time with the customer in focus.
? Coordinate and prioritize tasks and assignments by having the total operation in mind.
? Maintain a clean, organised, safe and sustainable environment throughout the unit area. Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and secure proper training across function.
? Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment/Replenishment Operations Team Leader, in order to support overall operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations.
? Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, acting on deviations, solving problems in timely manner, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed.
