Fulfilment & Replenishment Integration Project Support intern
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
? University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or 1-2 years of relevant working experience
? Proven record of project coordination and implementation
? Very good computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
? Strong communication and influencing skills
? Stakeholder management and project management tools
? Experience in problem solving and improving processes and ways of working
? Confident and clear communication in English both written and verbal
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
? Co-ordinate all relevant readiness initiatives connected to project implementation in the unit.
? Responsible for coordinating all involved stakeholders in the unit organisation towards a successful project implementation/process change.
? Responsible for steering communication and change management in a controlled way to maximise motivation for all people involved to embrace and support the implementation.
? Responsible for monitoring implementation status against agreed timeline, budget and goals and taking relevant corrective actions when needed.
? Secure a clear handover to the relevant stakeholders (department and roles) at project closure.
