·
Energy balance calculations in order to meet the contract requirements
·
Calculations for completing the energy plant: pumps, fans, emission reduction equipment, …
·
Checking/reviewing of subcontracted strength calculations on boiler parts/adiabatic components/piping flexibility calculations
·
Defining the loads on the steel structure and follow-up of the steel structure calculations
Design
·
Project overall technical responsible. Transferring the energy balance calculation into a holistically designed plant layout
·
Creating of the process and instruction diagram (P&ID) and
component list (together with the control & automation engineer and the project manager)
·
Checking the budget consequences of the design decisions
·
Releasing of datasheets and construction drawings Creating design rules according the TPM reports or global needs
·
Creating calculation templates for global needs
Teamwork & support
·
Frequently communicating and consulting with the project manager, client, LDE, MDE and subcontractors
·
Supporting the project manager on technical meetings with the client and subcontractors
·
Discussing the design control check list with the PFE before starting up the energy plant
·
Support sales for new upcoming projects
·
Support the project buyer for technical evaluation of new suppliers and subcontractors
·
