Responsibilities:
1. Provide documentation support for project during quotation stage.
2. Join project kickoff meeting to clarify the project documentation requirements
3. Review all requirements for documentation in customer contract
4. Communicate with customers to understand and meet customer requirement.
5. Work with related departments and factories to get all requested documents and solve the comments raised by customer.
6. Prepare and submit document per contract or customer request (special format, cover, content, numbering, databook…)
7. Monitor the documentation progress to ensure on time schedule.
8. Maintain documentation records in share point
9. Follow up with customer to close documentation retention in time.
10. Complete the other job assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Proficient in English speaking and writing
3. Proficient in Microsoft office Software, PDF
4. 2 years documentation control or related working experience
5. Work experience in complex project documentation supporting is preferred
6. Good communication skills and fast in learning
