PLC設(shè)計(jì)PLC調(diào)試西門子電氣設(shè)備自動化設(shè)備非標(biāo)設(shè)備SCLSTL西門子PLC電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備工業(yè)自動化貨運(yùn)/物流/倉儲
（此職位需按機(jī)場要求進(jìn)行輪班，有夜班）
崗位職責(zé):
During Project Phase項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行階段：
1. 在項(xiàng)目安裝、調(diào)試及測試階段，擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目調(diào)試工程師，負(fù)責(zé)PLC及電氣控制系統(tǒng)的部署、調(diào)試與測試工作；Fulling involve as Project Commissioning engineer during Project installation, commissioning, test phase, deployment PLC and electronical control commissioning and test activities;
During Service Phase 售后運(yùn)維階段：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行機(jī)場航站樓自動化系統(tǒng)的低層控制、電氣控制類日常維護(hù)等現(xiàn)場服務(wù)保障工作； Perform site maintenance service onto Baggie Handling System in Airport;
2. 現(xiàn)場行李系統(tǒng)之ASRS（自動化立體存儲）、行李系統(tǒng)BHS(RAW傳統(tǒng)皮帶式輸送機(jī) and ICS雙載帶高速小車)產(chǎn)品電氣控制技術(shù)支持，包含：技術(shù)支持，日常巡檢，定期維保，專項(xiàng)保養(yǎng)，緊急故障排除，應(yīng)急預(yù)案制定、執(zhí)行和督導(dǎo)，為德國，荷蘭總部技術(shù)服務(wù)中心的主要聯(lián)絡(luò)窗口； Take Leading on ASRS and BHS (ICS and RAW) assets technical specialist on site, including: Technical support, daily inspection, regular maintenance, capital maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency contingency plan and deployment, supervise and audit onto site EM technicians or outsourced staff;
3. 制定ASRS設(shè)備 、行李系統(tǒng)BHS(RAW傳統(tǒng)皮帶式輸送機(jī) and ICS雙載帶高速小車)產(chǎn)品電氣控制的維護(hù)類工作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)流程，并持續(xù)優(yōu)化； Build up the SOP and Work guide onto EM and ASRS, BHS RAW and ICS service activities, and optimize it gradually;
4. 承擔(dān)行李系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場運(yùn)維團(tuán)隊(duì)EHS安全管理，執(zhí)行EHS（環(huán)境、健康、安全）的執(zhí)行和督導(dǎo)； Lead and manage the EHS activities, delivery training, supervision and audit;
5. 執(zhí)行行李系統(tǒng)所有備件歸檔和出入庫管理。 Manage all spare parts in bound and outbound for BHS system;
6. 配合、協(xié)同運(yùn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)、軟件控制團(tuán)隊(duì)、7*24小時后臺技術(shù)熱線（英文）執(zhí)行行李處理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行支持保障工作； Cooperative with operation team, software control team as well as 7*24 Hotline (in Netherlands and Germany) to perform professional service on site;
7. 完成現(xiàn)場駐場經(jīng)理指定的其他工作。 Report to Line Manager, Site Service Manager.
任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)電一體化或自動化專業(yè)； Bachelor
s diploma or above in Mechanical and electric engineering or automatic engineering;
2. 5年以上PLC和機(jī)電工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備扎實(shí)的PLC與機(jī)械電氣能力，有西門子PLC經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先； More than 5 years’ experience in PLC and electrical mechanical are demanded, Siemens PLC experience would be an advantage;
3. 熟悉Profinet/Profibus 等工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)通訊協(xié)定；Professional competence on Profinet/Profibus
4. 具備一定服務(wù)意識，能夠正確與客戶溝通使客戶滿意； Good service awareness and have a good communication skill;
5. 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能夠與團(tuán)隊(duì)其他成員共同完成工作任務(wù)； Good team work spirit;
6. 熟練的英文口語和讀寫表達(dá)能力； Fluent English in speaking and reading;
8. 具備低壓電工證和登高證者優(yōu)先，具備1年以上的高空作業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Preferred for Low voltage electrical operation certificate and working aloft certification, and 1 years experience on work aloft.
