PLC調(diào)試西門子電氣設(shè)備自動化設(shè)備非標(biāo)設(shè)備西門子PLCSTLSCL工業(yè)自動化電氣機械/電力設(shè)備
崗位職責(zé):
1.Daily monitoring of equipment condition. 設(shè)備的日常狀態(tài)監(jiān)控。
2.Execution of preventive maintenance,both electrical and mechanical, replace faulty parts e.g.inverters, motors,sensors, scanners. 執(zhí)行機械和電氣預(yù)防性維護，更換故障部件，如變頻器、電機、傳感器、掃碼器等。
3.Identifying root causes of any incidents in the Low-Level Controls systems and resolve such faults on time independently or via remote support. 能獨立或在遠程支持下識別定位導(dǎo)致控制系統(tǒng)事件的根本原因并及時恢復(fù)系統(tǒng)運行。
4.Spare parts management & coordination, plan and follow up spare-parts availability. 備件管理和協(xié)調(diào)，計劃等，確保備件可用性。
5.Maitain work report properly. 正確提交工作報告。
6.Investigate incidents/ faults regularly to identify any potential risks. 定期分析事件和故障，識別和消除系統(tǒng)隱患。
任職要求:
1.Bachelor degree in electrical/Automation or equivalent. 本科學(xué)歷，電氣、自動化、機電一體化等專業(yè)。
2.More than 5 years work exeprience in controls engineering background on EM, PLC, SCADA etc. Siemens PLC experience would be an advantage, relevant working experience in logistic industry conveyor/sorter system is preferred. 5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，物流自動化、分揀系統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
3.Good written and spoken English. 良好的英語讀寫能力。
4.Ability to work independently and work under pressure. 獨立工作的能力，能夠在壓力下完成工作。
5.Team work spirit. 具備良好的團隊寫作能力。
6.Shift job require according the requirement of customer operation, need 24 hours in different shift if any. 遠期視業(yè)務(wù)情況可能需要倒班工作。
