Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責
In charge of daily operational activities, liaise with local agents/carriers etc. to solve the basic problem independently.
與地面代理、承運人等聯(lián)系進行相關操作事宜,并能獨立地解決基本問題
Report or Consult the problems from your leader for those you could not deal with. Do not hold anymore.
及時上報問題或者向你的主管尋求解決方案,切勿滯留
Ensure to reply email, inquiries timely without any delays. Never put off the works today till tomorrow.
當日事當日畢,保證及時回復郵件、詢價等
Ensure outstanding / overdue / run off are processed promptly according to company’s KPI.
保證“應收賬款”/“超期未付款”/ run off 等及時處理并力求在合理指標內(與公司KPI要求的標準相比)
Ensure Friendliness, Hospitality & Loyalty to clients and buildup trust.
以友善、親切和忠實的態(tài)度對待客戶、與之建立信任關系
Quality Control: ensure data input correctly, invoice issues effectively in your group. Check and Complete open files on weekly basis.
操作質量掌控:及時準確錄入系統(tǒng)信息、賬單在有效時間內開出。 每周檢查file并及時關掉
Ensure “Zero” defect service to achieve client’s satisfaction.
力求“零”失誤率、達到客戶滿意度
Ensure company procedures, service standards are fully implemented and followed at all times.
在任何時候都要保證按公司的操作流程和服務標準來完成工作
Close cooperate with other division like Customer Service, Sales, GTW and other branches etc.
與其他部門比如客戶服務、銷售、GTW 以及其他分公司等保持通力合作
Maintain the positive team working spirit and working environments.
保持積極的工作態(tài)度和環(huán)境
Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications
College degree or above, major in related is preferable.
大專以上學歷,物流相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先
1-3 years above working experience in our industry, the background of global forwarder experience is preferable.
1-3年以上相關工作經驗,有國際貨代背景優(yōu)先
