核心職責(zé):
- 開發(fā)新客戶:通過電話、拜訪、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等渠道拓展海運(yùn)/空運(yùn)/快遞貨代業(yè)務(wù),挖掘潛在客戶需求;
- 維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系:定期跟進(jìn)老客戶,解決貨運(yùn)過程中的問題(如報關(guān)、清關(guān)、運(yùn)輸延誤等),提升客戶滿意度;
- 業(yè)務(wù)對接:與操作團(tuán)隊協(xié)作,確保訂單從詢價、報價到交付的全流程順暢,跟進(jìn)貨物運(yùn)輸狀態(tài)并及時反饋客戶;
- 市場分析:收集行業(yè)動態(tài)及競爭對手信息,調(diào)整銷售策略,完成月度/季度業(yè)績目標(biāo);
- 合同與回款:負(fù)責(zé)客戶合同簽訂,跟進(jìn)應(yīng)收賬款,確保資金及時回籠。
任職要求:
- 大專及以上學(xué)歷,物流、國際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
- 1-3年貨代行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗,有穩(wěn)定客戶資源者優(yōu)先;
- 熟悉海運(yùn)/空運(yùn)操作流程、報關(guān)清關(guān)政策及國際物流術(shù)語;
- 具備良好的英語讀寫能力,能獨(dú)立與國外客戶溝通;
- 抗壓能力強(qiáng),具備優(yōu)秀的談判技巧和客戶服務(wù)意識。

Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Development: Expand sea/air/courier freight business through calls, visits, online channels, and explore potential customer needs;
- Customer Relationship Maintenance: Follow up with existing clients regularly, resolve issues in freight process (e.g., customs declaration, clearance, delay), and improve customer satisfaction;

Qualifications & Requirements:
- College degree or above, major in Logistics, International Trade preferred;
- 1-3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry, with stable customer resources preferred;
- Familiar with sea/air operation procedures, customs policies and international logistics terms;
- Good English reading/writing skills, able to communicate with overseas clients independently;
- Strong pressure resistance, excellent negotiation skills and customer service awareness.
