New Client Development: Expand sea/air/courier freight business through calls, visits, online channels, and explore potential customer needs; 開發(fā)新客戶:通過電話、拜訪、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等渠道拓展海運/空運/快遞貨代業(yè)務(wù),挖掘潛在客戶需求; 2. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Follow up with existing clients regularly, resolve issues in freight process (e.g., customs declaration, clearance, delay), and improve customer satisfaction; 維護客戶關(guān)系:定期跟進老客戶,解決貨運過程中的問題(如報關(guān)、清關(guān)、運輸延誤等),提升客戶滿意度; 3. Business Coordination:Collaborate with operation team to ensure smooth order flow from inquiry,quotation to delivery; track shipment status and feedback to clients timely; 業(yè)務(wù)對接:與操作團隊協(xié)作,確保訂單從詢價、報價到交付的全流程順暢,跟進貨物運輸狀態(tài)并及時反饋客戶; 4. Market Analysis: Collect industry trends and competitor information, adjust sales strategies, and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets; 市場分析:收集行業(yè)動態(tài)及競爭對手信息,調(diào)整銷售策略,完成月度/季度業(yè)績目標; 5. Contract & Payment: Handle client contract signing, follow up accounts receivable, and ensure timely fund recovery. 合同與回款:負責客戶合同簽訂,跟進應(yīng)收賬款,確保資金及時回籠。 任職要求: 1. College degree or above, major in Logistics, International Trade preferred; 大專及以上學歷,物流、國際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; 2. 1-3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry, with stable customer resources preferred; 1-3年貨代行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗,有穩(wěn)定客戶資源者優(yōu)先; 3. Familiar with sea/air operation procedures, customs policies and international logistics terms; 熟悉海運/空運操作流程、報關(guān)清關(guān)政策及國際物流術(shù)語; 4. Good English reading/writing skills, able to communicate with overseas clients independently; 具備良好的英語讀寫能力,能獨立與國外客戶溝通; 5.
