崗位職責
1. 根據(jù)銷售團隊戰(zhàn)略和目標,制定并實施團隊年度業(yè)務計劃和團隊管理計劃,并領導實施以完成目標。根據(jù)實際業(yè)務環(huán)境和情況,調(diào)整和溝通年度計劃。
Formulate and implement team annual business plan and team management plan based on sales team strategy and objectives, and lead implementation to achieve targets. Adjust and communicate the annual plan according to actual business environment and situation.
2. 維護現(xiàn)有客戶關系,培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略客戶,引進新客戶,實現(xiàn)銷售增長目標。開展銷售活動,包括拜訪客戶,產(chǎn)品推廣,拓展客戶網(wǎng)絡,拓展新銷售線索的渠道。收集和分析客戶反饋以提高服務質(zhì)量,必要時處理客戶投訴。
Maintain existing customer relationships, cultivate strategic accounts, and acquire new customers to achieve sales growth targets. Conduct regular sales activities including customer visits, product promotions, expanding customer networks, and developing channels for new sales leads. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality, and handle customer complaints when necessary.
3. 根據(jù)確定的年度預算控制預算和費用,帶領團隊做好收入、數(shù)量、GP、費用支出、AR回款、欠款/未開票等關鍵數(shù)據(jù)的管理、監(jiān)控和完成。帶領團隊遵守公司有關合同準備/審核、法律條款設置、客戶關系管理記錄和信用控制的政策。
Control budget and expenses based on the finalized annual budget, and lead the team in effective management, monitoring, and achievement of key metrics including revenue, volume, GP, expense spending, AR collection, and outstanding credit/unbilled items. Ensure team compliance with company policies regarding contract preparation/review, legal clause setting, CRM records, and credit control.
4. 根據(jù)目標/KPI監(jiān)控銷售團隊成員的表現(xiàn),評估團隊的表現(xiàn),并進行在職培訓和指導,提高團隊能力。
Monitor sales team members' performance against targets/KPIs, evaluate team performance, and provide on-job training and coaching to enhance team capabilities.
5. 積極參與不同部門之間的協(xié)調(diào),交換信息,協(xié)調(diào)任務,支持業(yè)務發(fā)展/銷售活動,協(xié)助數(shù)據(jù)分析任務,解決問題和其他領導分配的任務。
Actively participate in cross-departmental coordination, information exchange, task alignment, support business development/sales activities, assist with data analysis tasks, solve problems, and complete other assignments from leadership.
職位要求
1. 本科及以上學歷,物流管理/國際貿(mào)易與經(jīng)濟/工商管理專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in Logistics Management, International Trade & Economy, or Business Administration.
2. 5年以上物流綜合業(yè)務經(jīng)驗,2年以上領導工作經(jīng)驗。
Minimum 5 years of logistics consolidation business experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
3. 英語聽說讀寫流利(CET-6優(yōu)先),具備良好的管理能力及內(nèi)外部客戶溝通能力。
Fluent in spoken and written English (CET-6 preferred). Strong management skills and effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
4. 具備良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力、領導能力、問題解決和改進意識。
Excellent coordination and leadership skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
