Key Responsibilities: · Participate global team for new product introduction, cooperate with vendor to finish design for manufacturability of electrical components like PCB, cable,power supply, motor, etc. · Work with cross function team to make sure NPI project goes smoothly. · Interact with supplier and supplier quality engineers, familiarity with quality system, supplier capability, SPC, etc. · Work with R&D and supplier to develop and maintain sub-assembly test equipment. · Draft and maintain manufacturing instruction and process failure mode and effects analysis. · Trouble shooting of electrical issues on production line. Key words: EE, PCB, cable, testing, tooling Job requirements: Technical: · Rich experience in electrical and electronic troubleshooting. · Understand general mechanical fabrication process and familiar electrical-mechanical control. · Familiar with instruments like scope, signal generator etc. for hardware debugging and trouble-shooting · Experience on NPI production transfer work, good process documentation and strong assembling/testing work instruction drafting ability. · Oncology system experience preferred.
