崗位職責:
工作職責 / Job Responsibilities：
1.負責供應(yīng)商管理，監(jiān)督并評估現(xiàn)場供應(yīng)商的EHS表現(xiàn)，識別重復(fù)性問題，研究評估并提出改進措施以提升供應(yīng)商EHS績效。
Responsible for supplier management, monitor and evaluate onsite supplier EHS performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements to enhance supplier EHS performance.
2.制定并優(yōu)化倉庫管理策略，確保庫存準確性和高效運作，管理增值服務(wù)（VAS）流程。
Develop and optimize warehouse management strategies to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency, manage Value-Added Services (VAS) processes.
3.與計劃、客戶服務(wù)及外部客戶保持高效溝通，協(xié)調(diào)物流需求并解決運營問題。
Maintain effective communication with planning, customer service, and external clients to align logistics requirements and resolve operational issues.
4.持續(xù)推動倉庫流程優(yōu)化，運用PDCA、精益生產(chǎn)（Lean）等工具提升運營效率。
Continuously improve warehouse processes by applying PDCA, Lean Production, and other optimization tools.
5.確保倉庫符合5S標準及EHS（環(huán)境健康安全）要求，定期檢查并落實改進措施。
Ensure compliance with 5S standards and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions.
6.管理倉庫團隊，培訓員工并提升其操作技能，確保團隊高效協(xié)作。
Supervise warehouse staff, provide training to enhance operational skills, and foster team collaboration.
7.熟練使用SAP系統(tǒng)及辦公軟件（Excel/PPT/Think Cell/CAD）進行數(shù)據(jù)分析和報告制作。
Utilize SAP system and office tools (Excel/PPT/Think Cell/CAD) for data analysis and reporting.
8.定期審核倉庫KPI，制定行動計劃以確保目標達成。
Review warehouse KPIs regularly and develop action plans to achieve performance targets.
任職要求:
任職要求 / Job Requirements
1、本科及以上學歷，物流管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor
s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields preferred.
2、3年以上電子制造業(yè)倉庫管理經(jīng)驗，有團隊管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3+ years of warehouse management experience in electronics manufacturing, team management experience preferred.
3、熟悉SAP系統(tǒng)操作，熟練使用Excel、PPT等辦公軟件。
Proficient in SAP system operation and skilled in using office software like Excel and PPT.
4、具備良好的英語讀寫能力（CET-4及以上）。
Good English reading and writing skills (CET-4 or above).
5、熟悉5S管理、EHS規(guī)范及精益生產(chǎn)理念。
Familiar with 5S management, EHS standards and lean production concepts.
6、具備優(yōu)秀的問題分析和解決能力，能運用PDCA等工具進行流程優(yōu)化。
Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, able to use PDCA and other tools for process optimization.
7、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團隊合作精神。
Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
8、工作認真負責，能承受一定的工作壓力。
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
9、有CAD繪圖經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
CAD drawing experience is a plus.
