Duties & Responsibilities,
Vendor management
- Including but not limited with the contractor’s KPI review and supervision for improvement
- Regular inspection for contractor’s daily work and service quality
- Prepare and submit contractor’s monthly/quarterly billing for client’s review and approval and following up for payment processes.
- Collect and verify the utilities happened during contractor’s operations.
- Track supplier’s service contracts to ensure all the service contracts with client/JLL be well renewed or extended.
- As necessary to assist with the files which to be used for any service bidding/RFP.
- Be responsible for the coordination works for any minor projects which related to contractor service changes. e.g. suppliers’ service scope extension, working space relocation, etc.
- As necessary to conduct satisfaction survey for contractor’s service performance and follow up with the improvement.
- Dealing with any complaints received from end users and client operation stakeholders
Contractor service includes but not limited campus convenience store, laundry, delivery boxes, etc.
Be responsible for the campus garbage, waste, and recycles management.
Partly take team admin role, support account manager with the attendance cross-checking, OT calculation, HR Portal inputting for approval, etc.
Back up other facilities assistant who’re mainly responsible for the management of space, asset, furniture, signage, etc.
Other duties as assigned by line manager
Qualifications & Requirements,
Facilities Management, Logistics or Admin experience
College degree preferred or equivalent training
Have the experiences writing tweets and set up official WeChat accounts
Be capable of the data collecting and analysis
Quick learner and willing to learn new things
Self-starter and result oriented
Good communication skill and strong team work
Basic spoken and written English
Good command of MS Office (ppt, excel, work, outlook)
Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
High engagement and commitment to work
