What this job involves:
This role involves reconciling invoices, resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate transaction records, documenting process gaps, collaborating with leaders, participating in reviews, and improving efficiency in accordance with JLL’s financial standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure strict compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), driving accountability and performance excellence across service delivery.
Ensure the end-to-end accuracy and integrity of invoice reconciliation statements, ensuring alignment with contractual, financial, and operational standards.
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex financial or operational discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain rigorous controls over processed transactions, guaranteeing data accuracy, audit readiness, and consistency across all process activities.
Identify systemic gaps or control weaknesses in reconciliation procedures and lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable improvements.
Meeting with internal teams, APAC country leaders, and senior management to resolve high-impact issues and align regional priorities.
Actively participate in and contribute to key reviews and meetings, offering inputs and insights
Proactively identify and advocate for opportunities to optimize processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and deliver greater efficiency or value to stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted point of escalation for client and customer inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution within agreed turnaround times (TATs).
Maintain clear, proactive, and executive-level communication with clients and internal stakeholders to foster trust, transparency, and partnership.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of finance experience, with a focus on supporting stakeholders across APAC regions within a large, complex, and global public company.
Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, coupled with robust finance and accounting expertise.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; prior experience with JLL systems (PS, JDE/E1) is highly advantageous.
Fluency in professional English (CET-6 equivalent or above) and Chinese; proficiency in additional APAC languages is a strong asset.
Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and adept at thriving under pressure while proactively adapting to new technologies.
