Preparation of pre-lease document for client approval
Tenant and occupant engagement
ARS and SMART batch entry for cash/cheque receipt
· Responsible for team capacity building, including new employee training, professional skill development guidance, and the establishment of a knowledge management system to enhance the overall professionalism and compliance awareness of the team.
Harmonized coordination with different internal or external stakeholders
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements
Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Accounting or Finance or related discipline
6 years’ above relevant working experience in sizable corporation
Familiar with MRI ERP and PC operation
Managing team size above 6 people
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and English communication skills with all levels of management
Cantonese listening and speaking skills are a plus
Ability to perform multi-task, capable to work under pressure and independently, and be a good team player
Immediate availability will be an advantage
