The Environmental, Health and Safety Officer shall be responsible for
supporting the local EHS operation in implementing and managing the IFM EHS
Management System for operations across the client’s multi-site real estate
portfolio; ensuring compliance with JLL, client and statutory requirements.
This include and not limited to:
Identifying national legislative standards and best practices for implementation across local site of the Microsoft;
§ Implementing practical risk based on the JLL Risk Management Procedure;
§ Supporting local site in health, safety and environmental issues,
ensuring that the JLL EHS Management System and standards are consistently applied
and identified in these client’s sites;
§ Responsible for organizing ERP work of local site of Microsoft,
including file update, ERT member training, exercise, summary report and
implementation of improvement measures;
§ Ensuring compliance by JLL staff and vendors with all EHS policies and
practices;
§ Collecting and reporting against JLL and client EHS metrics and KPI’s.
§ Supporting a program for the audit, measurement and reporting of EHS
performance against agreed standards;
§ Influencing staff, clients and vendors through effective communications;
§ Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure full compliance with all EHS requirements.
§ Develop a powerful EHS culture in all sites, including deliver EHS training sessions, hold EHS workshops, etc.
§ Responsible for site safety monitoring system implementation
and support site operation team for key project EHS risk control.
Required:
§ A university degree in safety engineering, facilities management, real estate, environmental sciences etc.,
§ Knowledge and understanding of relevant local legislations, Codes of Practice, guidelines and operating procedures. Experience to communicate and report with EHS related government department. Ability to keep abreast of trends and related best practices.
§ Excellent knowledge
and understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 would be highly regarded;
§ Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation etc., would be advantageous;
§ Ability to research specialized EHS subjects and produce reports and recommendations;
§ At least 3-5 years’ management experience within EHS systems and good management experience in ERP program;
§ Practical working knowledge of latest EHS tools and techniques within a Facilities Management environment;
§ Involvement in the management of EHS across complex multi-site property portfolios is preferred;
Must be fluent in the spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
