崗位職責: 崗位概述: 1. 協(xié)助總部銷售渠道HRBP Leader在各渠道總分整體人力資源戰(zhàn)略和人力資源舉措及項目的設計和落地實施,為業(yè)務部門提供人力資源解決方案和專業(yè)建議。 2. 作為上海分公司的人力資源合作伙伴,在分公司推動HR舉措和HR支持,為業(yè)務增加價值。例如,勞動力規(guī)劃、組織效率和能力、人才管理、績效管理、能力/領導力發(fā)展和薪酬理念。 主要職責: 1. 在支持銷售渠道的人力資源業(yè)務合作伙伴總監(jiān)方面的職責: ? 支持各渠道年度HC編制規(guī)劃、組織發(fā)展、人才盤點、績效校準、薪資調整、獎金分配按照不同業(yè)務渠道的整合及校準,撰寫相關報告; ? 參與渠道總部、分公司關鍵崗位任命的人選甄選與評估,以及相關流程的溝通協(xié)調; ? 支持銷售渠道總部員工關系管理,含員工績效管理、勞動合同續(xù)簽及離職協(xié)談等; ? 完成主管交辦的其他任務,例如渠道員工HR關鍵流程梳理、特定HR項目等。 2. 作為上海分公司人力資源合作伙伴的職責: 根據(jù)人力資源戰(zhàn)略和分公司業(yè)務需求,提供全面的人力資源解決方案,包括人才甄選、績效管理、薪酬福利、人力資源運營服務、培訓和員工發(fā)展、員工關系等。 ? 在分公司組織架構設計、人員任命、員工績效管理、人才盤點、繼任計劃等方面,為業(yè)務領導提供HR咨詢 ? 協(xié)助分公司業(yè)務領導進行文化建設,持續(xù)提升員工敬業(yè)度和工作效率 ? 根據(jù)業(yè)務需求及內部客戶需求,提供高效且有效的人力資源服務 ? 確保人力資源實踐符合人力資源流程、內部規(guī)定以及勞動法律法規(guī),以及監(jiān)管部門的要求 ? 及時向總部人力資源部提交所需報告,積極向總部人力資源團隊反饋分公司HR管理情況并參與人力資源項目 ? 主管交辦的其他任務 Roles in supporting HRBP Director for sales channels: ? Provide employee change data management and analysis; ? Support in annual workforce planning, organization chart, performance calibration and talent review consolidations; ? Involve in employee grading, placement, competency gap analysis and development plans; ? Continuously improve employee engagement; ? Support Sales Channels on culture build-up and provide consultancy to business leaders; ? Ensure HR practice is in line with HR process and internal regulations, as well as labor law and regulations, positively give feedback to HR COE (Center of Excellence) and participate in HR projects ? Other tasks assigned by manager Roles in being the HR partner to Shanghai Branch: ? Act as business partner to provide HR total solutions in line with HR strategy and branch business needs, including recruitment, performance management, C&B, HR operation services, training and employee development, talent management, employee relations etc. ? Work closely with branch business leaders to continuously improve employee engagement ? Support branch business leaders on culture build-up and provide consultancy to business leaders ? Per the business needs and internal customers needs, provide efficient and effective HR services ? Ensure HR practice is in line with HR process and internal regulations, as well as labor law and regulations, positively give feedback to Head Office HR team and participate in HR projects ? Submit required reports to Head Office HR timely ? Other tasks assigned by line manager
任職要求: 1. 8 years HR experiences in multinational companies; 2. WOFE insurance companies are preferred; 3. Full function HR experiences are preferred. Familiar with Labor Law 4. Excellent communication skills 5.
