Purpose of this position 職位設(shè)置目的:
The Product Management Manger A&I APAC
leads and manages the team to make sure KPIs achievements in time and in good
quality. Timely reports to management team for the PM work, strives for
supports from the management team and coordinate resource allocations within
cross functions to ensure product strategy are implemented well in alignment
with corporate strategy and long-term company goal.

Main responsibility 主要職責(zé):
1. Co-work with Corporate team and regional management
team to develop sustainable product portfolio strategy in APAC, in good alignment with long term company goal.
與總部以及亞太區(qū)域高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,制定可持續(xù)發(fā)展的,與公司長期發(fā)展目標(biāo)保持一致的亞太產(chǎn)品組合策略。
2. Lead team to establish the right strategical product
planning by organizing regular Portfolio regional expert meetings to align
product strategy within APAC region. Interface with R&D, Operations and
Sales to contribute on the realization of new products from concept to mass
production to achieve company short, mid and long-term business targets.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)定期組織亞太區(qū)域產(chǎn)品組合專家會(huì)議,協(xié)調(diào)亞太地區(qū)制定產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略。與研發(fā)、運(yùn)營、銷售保持日常溝通負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)現(xiàn)新產(chǎn)品從概念到量產(chǎn)的全過程,以幫助組織達(dá)成短中期及長期的業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)。
3.Oversee the day-to-day team activities regarding
product name registration, SAP code management, Packaging and Labels are used in compliance. Ensure the daily work of the team follows PCP principle.
監(jiān)督團(tuán)隊(duì)的日常工作,包括新產(chǎn)品名注冊(cè),SAP物料號(hào)管理,產(chǎn)品包裝及外標(biāo)簽的合規(guī)使用。確保團(tuán)隊(duì)日常工作符合公司的PCP流程要求。
4. Drive internal resources are focused on the
strategical key products and initiatives. Proper escalations and reports to
management team when necessary to ensure key projects proceedings.
確保內(nèi)部資源用在正確的戰(zhàn)略性項(xiàng)目和重點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)上。必要時(shí)及時(shí)向管理層進(jìn)行匯報(bào),以確保關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目能順利進(jìn)行。
5. Product life-cycle management. (new product
development, product modifications and discontinuations) Proper product
documentations for the new product promotion, official communication letters
for product change, discontinuations or rebranding, follow-up its execution.
產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理。(包含新產(chǎn)品開發(fā),產(chǎn)品更新迭代及老產(chǎn)品退市)編制并發(fā)布新產(chǎn)品推廣文件及技術(shù)資料,產(chǎn)品更新、退市或產(chǎn)品更名的正式公函,監(jiān)督其執(zhí)行和落實(shí)。
7. Clarify the work responsibilities and work scope of
team members, proper delegate to team members, support and guide them to
deliver results in a timely and efficient manner.
澄清并明確定義團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的工作職責(zé)和工作范圍,適當(dāng)授權(quán)給團(tuán)隊(duì)成員,支持和指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員及時(shí)高效地交付成果。
8. Cultivate the professional work ability of team
members, assist team members to achieve personal development in the position.
培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的專業(yè)工作能力,協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)成員在崗位上實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人發(fā)展。
9.Good communication and coordination within APAC
countries and support functions (R&D, Operations, Procurement, etc.) for
strategy implementations.
在亞太國家之間與各職能部門之間(研發(fā),運(yùn)營,采購,等)對(duì)產(chǎn)品策略的執(zhí)行進(jìn)行有效的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)。
Requirements 任職要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Graduated in chemistry, technical engineering or
related majors.
大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷,化工行業(yè)或技術(shù)工程類專業(yè)畢業(yè)為優(yōu)先。
2. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, high competent in working with different culture background work styles and different personalities.
流利的英文口語溝通能力及書面商務(wù)溝通能力, 能適應(yīng)與不同文化背景的工作風(fēng)格與人員共同協(xié)作。
3. Knowledge about adhesive technology and product ranges.
對(duì)于膠粘劑產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)技術(shù)或產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
4. Systematic and logical way of working.
工作方法與思維需要較強(qiáng)的邏輯性,系統(tǒng)化的工作匯報(bào)能力。
5. At least three years’ work experience.
3年以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
6. Ability to manage a team more than 5 members.
具有帶領(lǐng)5人以上團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理能力。
7. Based on the criticality and sensitivity in handling data and information in this
position, it was classified as "very high". This means that very high
